Located in the high desert of Siskiyou County, not far from majestic Mount Shasta, this 81.56-acre property offers both space and opportunity. About half of the land is a cinder pit—cinders are in demand for things like track surfaces, road material, and even xeriscaping mulch thanks to their great drainage and erosion resistance. The property sits near Butte Creek and the Orr and Shafter Campgrounds, giving it a nice blend of practical use and natural surroundings. With camping, recreation, and a nearby waterway all close by, it’s a great spot with tons of potential.
